As a Moroccan Citizin , I watch My Relatives Cook This Amazing Tasty Dish on a daily basis ,Sometimes even twice a day! that is because Tagine Dishes is a very popular in Morocco, in fact You cant go to a Moroccan Home without Finding a Tagine Pot one top of the Shelf ,along with many Moroccan cooking equipement and tools, as a matter of fact you Cant help staying to try the most famous drink in Morocco Mint Teat and Of course for Lunch a meat, fish or a Chicken Tagine .
Now lets star with the recipe Guys and rememeber this is my mother`s own Chicken Tagine recipe

My Mother`s Ingredients
( serving 4 to 6 people )- Home Made Tagine Pot
- A Whole Chicken ( Slice it to 4 pieces )
- 4 Carrots Chopped and Sliced
- 4 Potatos Cut into circles
- 1Tomato ( Not necessary For This recipe ) chopped and Sliced
- 1 Big Union Chopped and Sliced
- small red chilli ( You dont have to )
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- Spices (1 tbsp paper , 1 tbsp Dry Ginger powder ,1 tbsp Salt , 1 tbsp Zafran )
- Parsley
- 1/3 ( 4oz , 113g ) Olive Oil
Make Sure your Ingredients are at Hand before starting ,the Cooking Process will take us About one hour and a half on a low temperature heat. - Okay Guys lets Get the Ball rolling :
How To Make The Chicken Tagine:
(aka My mom`s Best Recipe :D )
After about 20 minutes add the sliced four carrots the potatos and a tomato, add a little bit of salt and pepper if needed close the Tagine pot and let it cook for about 1 hour (check from time to time to see if the Tagine is dry, adda little water if needed) - Home Made Tagine Pot
